We're accepting new clients and here are the important things you need to know before making your first appointment.
New Client Paperwork
All new clients are required to fill out the appropriate new intake paperwork prior to your appointment. If we don't have the paperwork, we can't see you. It's that important.
Download, print and fill out both the New Client form and the Adult or Adolescent Intake form.
Fees & Cancellation Policy
Initial Consult Fee: $225
45 min Session Fee: $150
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
You must provide 24hr notice to cancel your appointment.
Missed Appointment & Late Cancellation...
Any missed appointment without proper notice will result in a charge of 50% of the session or consult fee.

Medicare and Medicaid
A variety of Employee Assistant Programs (EAP)
HMOs including DeanCare, Group Health Cooperative, and Unity

Above & Beyond...
Because we care about our clients, we'll check if your insurance has a co-pay and what your insurance will cover. No guesswork!

Due to COVID 19, we are only offering Telehealth sessions until further notice.
In order to provide you with the very best care, we offer sessions via telehealth.
For our virtual appointments we only use a HIPPA compliant program called Doxy.me. Not only is it secure, it's also very simple to use and we'll walk you through every step of getting set up.
